Objectives: Children are exposed to the idea of using other tools to paint with other than just a brush. Materials: Balloons, paper plates, tempera paint, butcher paper, smocks

Instructions: Do this outdoors! Blow up and tie off balloons. Pour paint into paper plates. Spread out the butcher paper. Allow children to use the balloon and a "brush " or a way to paint on the paper. They may roll it, drop it, blot is it of use any other method to get paint on the paper.
Comments: Very fun, but very messy. Wear smocks and definitely do this out doors
